1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by LaserTech IT Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, with offices in Halstead, Essex.
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide IT support, consultancy, hardware and software supply, broadband connectivity, VoIP telecommunications, cloud backup, antivirus protection and related technology services to schools, businesses and other organisations.
The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing before work commences, either through a support contract, a quotation or a statement of work.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specifically marked as inclusive. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice for ongoing contracts.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
5. Support Contracts
Support contracts are for a minimum term as specified in the agreement. Contracts will automatically renew for successive periods of the same length unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the current term.
6. Liability
We will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability arising from or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any software, documentation or materials that we create for you shall be assigned to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately by providing written notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
